well i am starting to wonder what is really wrong with me,
is it carpol tunnel what they think?
I know i have complained about my arms for a long time but for the past months the bottom of my feet ache and some times when i stand its like ah, and when i get up in a morning adn struggle to walk down stairs but today i woke up and it was painfull to walk on not achy and at work some times when i stood it kept coming back sharply i am thinking should i be asking a doctor if any of this is connected i just hate to go and have a moan about my self when i spend enough time there kids kids so i tend to struggle on when i am ill, i just cant help but think is it connected.

well i think your right Doreen for me to keep a diary, woke up again this morning and i just cant walk on my heel at all to pain full, and to top it off my throat hurting again think it the throads thing which still on nothing for god some times i do feel neglected by these doctors lol
And to top it off my boss cant come nack to work as she cant come back and work with the women who made a complint so i am well pissed off as she was load and some times a pain but she got things done in the end so now i dont know where i am gosh if like was only easier eh lol

hugs Tina id ask to see different gp to usal really gone on far to long for you. thinking of u melly cuddly cats make my world seem so much more fun

I know what you mean Tina, sometimes life is just one problem after another and it seems to be never ending!
Write down all the things to do with your wrists and feet, when the pain is worst , what helps and what makes it worse.
Add the sore throats as well, anything like that that seems to be recurring and you may find a pattern.
At least then you will have something specific to tell the GP about because, especially with a family to look after , it is easy to forget our own symptoms.

Thanks Doreen i will do that,
I am off to bed soon as my throat is really sore cant talk think will have an early night long day tomorrow as i am treating my sister to a make over for her birthday well when i say her we both gettting make over and then going for a meal as we never get out together without kids and husband so quite looking forward to it just hope i can talk lol hopefully i will get a good picture of it lol Thanks Doreen i going to log every thing

take care tina rest well hope your able go toorrow,sore throat u got any honey ginger lemon helps sooth it,or ginger lemon honey herbal tea. hugs melly cuddly cats make my world seem so much more fun

 Me and my sister on make over day, was brilliant, Never thought of anything all day we just had make over, bucks fizz meal ( oh and i forgot to say maybe a bit to much wine after it lol)

lovely to see photos of you and sister. sounds as though you had a really good fun day. I love spending time with my big sis. we often get together has she has a horse and goes to local shows and dressage so i help out being her groom nothing serious we just have fun. good to do now as not so long ago it was always hard to spend time together with raising families etc.. I love my family but its good to take time out for ME.

oh we are very close up untill couple years ago i was like the baby sister and she is the eldest i am the youngest and there is 7 girls 1 boy, and the last year we have got very close and she moved near me couple months ago and our husbands have a moan cause if we dont see each other we ring each other everyday we are like best friends now we make a point of seeing each other every weekend but it was nice to have no husbands and kids there just us 2

well i have been having sore throat on and off now after couple for months but it goes after couple days but always comes back well this time i have noticed 2 lumps in the back of my throat so i think i will not put it off like i always do for my self lol and go doctors see what it is.
